What is the service life of the instrument?
In principle, there is no fixed service life. Since storage conditions and operating procedures can significantly affect longevity, we recommend routine care based on the product manual. On-site calibration services are also available upon request.
What warranty services are included?
During the warranty period, we provide free instrument repair (excluding consumables and damage caused by misuse), free software upgrades, and an annual maintenance plan. Customers can choose the most suitable warranty agreement based on their needs.
What training do you provide?
We offer comprehensive training on operation, safety precautions, relevant industry standards, and daily maintenance. In addition to the initial on-site training, we regularly host online webinars and offline technical sessions.
