75 °C Thermal Stability / Self-Heating Substance Tester

Used to assess oxidative self-heating and thermal stability, this instrument exposes samples in 25 mm or 100 mm cubic steel wire-mesh containers to air at 100 °C, 120 °C, or 140 °C to determine whether they may be too hazardous for transport. It also detects self-heating at 75 °C over 48 hours by measuring the temperature difference between the test sample and an inert reference, making it suitable for explosive substances, desensitized explosives, self-reactive substances, and organic peroxides.

Test Parameters
