Liquid Autoignition Temperature Tester
This instrument is designed to determine the autoignition temperature of liquid chemicals under atmospheric pressure. By injecting the test sample into a uniformly heated standard vessel with programmed temperature ramping, it precisely distinguishes and measures both the hot-flame and cold-flame autoignition temperatures, recording the ignition delay time to evaluate the autoignition risk when liquids contact high-temperature surfaces.
Applicable to organic solvents, fuels, and lubricating oils, it provides critical technical data for process equipment surface temperature control, storage and transport safety specifications, and fire hazard classification of chemicals.
