Solid Burning Rate Tester
This instrument is designed to determine the burning rate of granular, pasty, and powdery solid substances. By forming the sample into a strip of specified dimensions and igniting it with a standard flame, the instrument precisely records the flame propagation time over a specified burning distance to calculate the burning rate. This parameter is the core basis for classifying substances as flammable solids and determining their transport packaging groups, providing critical technical support for pesticide registration, hazardous chemical storage safety assessment, and flammability identification of hazardous waste.
Test Parameters
Burning Rate, Flame Propagation Time, Burning Distance
Application
Chemicals, Pesticides, Environmental Protection
Features
Embedded processor, Windows CE operating system.
8-inch LCD touchscreen displaying real-time test status.
Integrated dual-function design: sieve test and burning rate test in one instrument.
Suitable for testing both non-metallic and metallic powder samples.
Equipped with standard stacking mold and ergonomic shaking handle.
Sieve test strictly complies with standards, using an ignition gun without gas cylinder for enhanced safety.
