Explosion Limits Tester
The HWP21-30SE determines the lower and upper flammability limits (LFL/UFL) of chemical vapors forming flammable mixtures with air under specified temperatures and atmospheric pressure. Applicable to gaseous, vaporizable liquid, and solid substances, this apparatus provides three dedicated handling modes: Gas Sample Mode, Liquid Sample Mode, and Solid Sample Mode.
Test Parameters
The Upper and Lower Flammability Limits (UFL and LFL)
Application
Flammable Compound
Features
Utilizes an embedded processor with the Windows CE operating system.
8-inch LCD touchscreen that can display the test status in real-time.
Optional 5L and 12L round glass test containers ensure thorough gas mixing and good compatibility.
Features explosion relief devices (relief door and spring clamping device).
Integrated heating and cooling design for a compact instrument structure.
Built-in air circulation system to ensure the uniformity and stability of the chamber temperature.
High-precision, high-frequency ratio pressure sensor with response time ≤2.5 ms. Protection rating IP65.
Combination of pressure sensors and thermocouples to detect sample status, with automatic monitoring and recording of test environment temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure.
High-precision pressure sensor, combined with fast-response solenoid valves and temperature-compensated gas mixing algorithm, enables precise gas mixture ratio control.
Magnetic stirring, remote start control for automatic ignition with precise ignition timing.
Automatic cleaning of container samples and combustion products by extracting internal gases.
Equipped with a bottle brush for cleaning substances adhering to the bottle walls using a mixture of fine sand and detergent in water.
Features a double-glazed, anti-fog tempered glass observation window and a rear pressure relief door for safety and easy observation.
Dual interlock protection ensures that ignition operations are invalid if the door is not closed or the target temperature is not reached.
Equipped with a video surveillance system to record the test process, allowing for observation and judgment of the final results through playback after the test is completed.
The test process is fully automated, supporting functions such as parameter setting, data storage, and report viewing.
Supports two ignition modes: remote control ignition and instrument-side delayed ignition, ensuring operator safety.
